This fantastic Italian speed devil is a full high modulus Pinarello FT1 FP8 time trial / triathlon bike built up with a top quality Campagnolo Chorus 10speed groupset and Sram Quarq power meter crank (RRP 1600, can be sold for 600 separately), Zipp 404 Speed Weaponary full carbon tubular wheelset (Can be sold separately for 799) and Most TriMax full carbon base bars and full carbon TT bars! Comes with a Bontrager saddle and a Profile design bottle cage and bottle on the handlebars are also included. Full bike is in excellent condition with only the expected signs of use.
The frame size of this bike is 53cm (effective top tube) and is suitable for riders of 167 to 178 or 5ft6 to 5ft10
The FT1 FP 8 frame was one of the top frames on the market and it is full aero shaped with full integrated cabling to slice through the air! With a 30HM12K High Modulus 1 piece carbon frame and carbon aero FT1 Aeroflow System carbon seat post + Most full carbon cockpitt this bike is stiff, comfortable and lightweight all at the same time! This frame retailed at 3500 au dollar!
This italian frame was built up with a quality Campagnolo Chorus 10speed groupset with carbon rear deraileur and even Campagnolo TT bar end shifters. The cranks have been upgraded to 53/39 Sram Quarq power meter cranks with carbon crank arms that are 170mm long. These cranks are from 2013 and cost 1600 dollars. They can be sold separately for 650 dollars.
The super light and top quality Zipp 404 Speed Weaponary tubular wheels are included for the advertised price, however they are optional and the bike can be sold with FSA semi deep alloy rims that are in good condition, lightweigh and still offer serious aero benefits for a reduced price. The Zipp are for sale at 799.
This is simply a fantastic Italian bike that retailed at (frame 3500, groupset with Quarq 2500+, Zipps 2500, other bits and pieces 500) 9000 dollars! Going for a fraction of that price.
