Handmade in Italy! Sup 7 kgs! Reynolds carbon Clinchers. This 928 HoC (Horse Categorie) is the prelude to the Bianchi Oltre and was the team version for several years!
This awesome Bianchi in celeste blue and raw carbon finish comes with a full Campagnolo Record 11speed groupset, Reynolds Attack full carbon clincher wheelset. ITM carbon handlebars, 3T stem, Selle San Marco Zoncolan saddle and Look carbon pedals.
The frame size is 54cm (effective top tube) and is suitable for riders of 170 to 180cm or 5ft7 to 5ft11.
Bianchi’s 928 revers to the years in which both the Giro d’Italia and Tour de France where won on a Bianchi (1949, 1952 and 1998) and the HoC stand for Horse Categorie a reverence to the biggest mountains in the Tour de France which are outside of categorization (Horse Categorie in French) and SL or Superleggera stands off course for super light! This was Bianchi’s flagship frame before the Oltre was introduced and its an absolute feather weight!
With a top of the range Campagnolo Record 11speed groupset with carbon 53/39 racing cranks and 12/28 climbing cassette, carbon levers/shifters, carbon rear derailleur and carbon chain guide on the front derailleur and titanium brake calipers this is some of the very best gearing made in Italy! RRP for this group was 2500+!
To finish of the package this bike comes with a super light full carbon Reynolds Attack wheelset. These wheels cost 1600 dollar and have no noticable wear on them. Being clinchers they are easy to use.
